Principal

I started my own business to serve small businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals with their accounting and tax needs. I believe everyone needs a trusted advisor and I will work tirelessly to help you navigate through all the laws and regulations of the IRS and accounting rules to help you gain clarity on your unique financial situation.

I 've been a licensed CPA since 1999 and have worked with countless business owners who needed someone to help them with their finances so they could concentrate on other aspects of their business. I want to know what keeps you up at night about your business and work togehter to find practical solutions.

I am proud alumnus of San Jose Leadership Class of 2004–2005. I served on the board and advisory committee to help guide the next generation of leaders. I am a past board member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National M.S. Society, serving as treasurer for three years.

I am currently on the board of trustees for Happy Hollow Foundation and serve as a Treasurer in May of 2014.

I'm an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPA’s. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.
